We Offer 3 Levels Of Chimney Inspections

Level 1 Chimney Inspection

Recommended if you have not changed – and do not plan to change – your heating appliance or system. This level is considered appropriate during an annual service visit or some light masonry repair estimates.

Level 2 Chimney Inspection

This level is required when any change is made to your system or when you replace an appliance with another of a dissimilar type or efficiency level. It is also required upon the sale or transfer of property.  This is the suggested level of inspection when an operating malfunction or external event is likely to have caused damage to the chimney or appliance. This level normally includes a video camera inspection or other means necessary to document the interior condition of the chimney.

Level 3 Chimney Inspection

A level 3 inspection is conducted only after a Level 1 or Level 2 inspection indicates a hazard in concealed portions of the chimney and flue. It involves the removal, and possibly destruction, of portions of the chimney or building structure, as necessary.

Customer Testimonials

Daniel Lopez was the crew leader and did a great job. He explained what work was to be done and a few other areas that needed attention. Everything was cleaned up when completed. Very satisfied with the work and price.

Very professional representatives, from Ryan who assessed my job to Daniel Calderon & Oscar who came out to do the work. They know what they are doing, they do the job right and they took care of my home. Will definitely recommend to friends and neighbors and will have them come back when we take care of the interior redesign of our fireplace. Thank you guys!!!

They did a great job and cleaned up very well after they were done. They showed up when they said they would and they worked hard. I was happy with the outcome and I would highly recommend them as well.
