You Can Book Essential Services

The safety of our customers and our team is the most important thing, so we have limited our services to only an essential list.

You can book:

– furnace flues services, including repairs
– water flue services
– secondary heat source maintenance and repair (gas fireplaces, inserts, and wood burning stoves)

We are deemed essential by the Washington DC area government and have added extra precautions to our service process.

Before We Enter

Before we enter your home, our technicians are required to: 

– clean all equiptment
– wear clean masks, gloves, and booties
– wear protective suits if available

Additionally, when the customer is asked to read and sign reports, they will be given a clean disinfected tablet. If you are worried about any precautions or safety processes please call us. 

Book Ahead

If you need a service that does not fall into our essential services category please consider booking ahead. Keep in mind that many people will be needing service once this time has passed, so the sooner you get on the schedule the more options you have.

PRICING: We do not share the pricing of our services on our site, because each service has multiple variables from appliance type to extent of damage. We can only give you an estimated price until we fully understand your appliance and the time and materials it will take to be serviced. If you have questions about cost, please call our office.

Whether you call us or we call you back after you submit a scheduling form, you can expect our team to ask you a couple of questions.

Have you used us for your appliance before? If so, we have all your past services on file and it speeds up the scheduling process.

Where is your home located? This ensures that you are in our service area.

What kind of appliance are you wanting to be serviced?

What is the exterior of your chimney made out of?

What do you have on your roof? (metal shingles, terra cotta, etc)
