Late on Friday afternoon I had a sudden emergency:  a clogged vent which prevented critical air flow away from the basement water heater. Winstons immediately dispatched Brian and Royce who not only correctly diagnosed the problem (a collection of dead birds in the pipeline leading up to the roof, but Brian climbed up on the roof to inspect the point of entrance:  a missing chimney cap allowing birds to continuously fly in and build more nests!

Great communication and response. Great service by Oscar Yanes who was professional, respectful and got my chimney clean and ready for winter. Long story short. We had roofers here to replace our shingles. To my surprise they damaged our chimney which in turn damaged our wood burning stove inside the house. Daniel Flores and And Mauricio from Winstons chimney came today and everything thing they touched turned out perfect! Even asking if I was happy with the way the stove was facing. They are true Rockstars!!! It was just two of them and they did an amazing job. They cleaned up after themselves and were very attentive to what I needed. We recently moved into a home with a chimney that needed some work. After reading a bunch of Google reviews, we decided to go with Winston’s Chimney and I’m very glad we did.

They were able to do an inspection the same day I called and took the time to walk me through everything that needed to be addressed, including the critical items identified during our home inspection. They also explained our options for chimney liners and answered all of my questions (and there were a lot) without ever making me feel pressured into additional work.

Everyone we dealt with was personable, knowledgeable, and honest. Scheduling was easy, communication was great, and the quality of the work was excellent.

If you need chimney work, I highly recommend getting a quote from Winston’s. And if you’re like me and don’t know much about chimneys, ask questions. Their team will take the time to explain what they’re seeing, what needs to be fixed, and why.

We had Winston’s Chimney Service come to inspect our fireplace and chimney. Brennan Harris was great! He is very knowledgeable. But equally important, he is honest and fair. He didn’t try to tell us things we don’t need like some other companies. I highly recommend Brennan and Winston’s.
